Refund policy

Return Policy
We accept returns for 14 days after you have received your goods. This is inline with your statutory rights. After this time we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility of Return
The item must be unused, clean and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received it will be inspected and you will be notified that we have received it. If approved your refund or exchange will be actioned. If a refund is requested it will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 days.

Sale Items
We regret that sale items cannot be refunded. 

Personalised and Hygiene Items
We regret that we are unable to accept returns of personalised items, custom items or items for hygiene reasons, such as underwear or face coverings.

Exchanges 
If you would like to exchange your item, please email us at stripeyfoxhandmade@gmail.com in the first instance. 

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of your item being faulty, please contact us at stripeyfoxhandmade@gmail.com in the first instance. We will endeavour to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible then an alternative will be offered or a full refund. 

Shipping
Unless faulty, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
